Patrick F. Stewart

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University ’93.

During the first 12 years of his professional carrier he served as Vice President of ILX Resorts Inc., a publicly traded company. Highlights from his service include:

  • Youngest General Manager and Vice President in the company’s history
  • Opened 4 Newly Themed Restaurants, at the signature Los Abrigados Resort and Spa in Sedona, AZ
  • Led a takeover team to a newly acquired Kohl’s Ranch Lodge in Payson, AZ
  • Led a turnaround team for a newly opened signature resort line Varsity Clubs of America in Tucson, AZ

Started his first privately owned company, “On The Town Concierge”, in 1999 which developed a concierge software and kiosk prototype, as well as built websites for small businesses in Tucson, AZ.

Patrick was also a Partner for the startup company, “Perfect Marketing Concepts” which grew to become one of the Timeshare Industries largest privately held tour generating companies from 2002-2008, Annual revenues of $7.5M, generating over $25M in Timeshare Sales annually.

Most recently, Patrick finished his 10th year as VP of Sales at Resortcom International, which services clients that generate over $900M in annual sales and he was responsible for sales production of over 250 employees in Las Vegas, NV and 5 resort destinations in Mexico.

Patrick currently serves his community as a Board Member of Paradise Calvary Chapel Church, and Boulder City Little League.

Kevin A. Hernandez has worked in the advertising and marketing industry since 2001 for known companies such as Verizon, AT&T, YP and DEXYP. Most recently Kevin was thriving as a marketing consultant for ValPak which is a business to business direct mail marketing company that reaches 70 million homes monthly across the country.

Over his career, Kevin has earned many sales achievements including: most new business 2004, highest sales volume 2010-2012, and rookie of the year 2012. Kevin has developed a passion for utilizing his time educating business owners on the importance of maintaining good basic online presence. His role as a trusted advisor has earned him opportunities to be hired as a business consultant wherein he has helped different businesses succeed including one scenario in which he restructured a business and readied it for sale.

For twenty five years Kevin has donated up to ten hours monthly for St. Vincent de Pauls in Phoenix, Arizona and its affiliate Harvest Food for the Homeless in Orange County, California.

Ricky Navar

Ricky graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2011 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Management.

Ricky has a rich history of over 20 years working in sales and assisting fellow entrepreneurs and businesses prosper. Ricky started his career as a young man in El Paso, TX where he co-owned three businesses with his brothers.

As a young entrepreneur, Ricky started his first business, Ricky’s Paintball. This small business expanded and grew to be one of the top 5 largest fields in Texas. He then formed Ricky Enterprises, which included Ricky’s Tree Nursery & Firewood. Years later, he partnered with Excel Telecommunications to expand his business portfolio and created the largest business team in the city.

Ricky started a family and moved to Las Vegas in 2012, where he has since established strong roots in the local business community.

He joined Wyndham Vacation Resorts and quickly achieved “Presenter of the Year” five years in a row; 2013-2018. During that time, he sold over $50 million in Vacation Ownership through his workshops. Ricky also trained many sales representatives and those he trained generated sales in excess of $25 million.

In his most recent tenure, he was the President of Nevada Business Magazine, at the helm of the organization’s sales team.

Ricky has a passion to help people and companies thrive. He aspires to be a valued partner that helps businesses flourish through long term relationships and increase the company’s customer sales. His strong work ethic and contagious positivity has fueled his drive and allowed him to succeed in any challenge he has encountered.

During the first 10 years of his professional career Grant served as Area Retail Sales Leader for AT&T Mobility, overseeing 24 locations across the Southwest. During his time with AT&T, Grant developed region-wide reporting to drive compliance of key performance metrics and helped lead his region to receive the Presidents Top Region award in 2016.

While still with AT&T, Grant started his first privately owned company, gravicDesign due to his passion to see businesses succeed through the use of technology. GravicDesign specialized in web and graphic design as well as technical consulting on a diverse range of topics to assist businesses with all their technology needs. In 2018, Grant left AT&T to pursue gravicDesign full-time and assisted over 20 different clients with all manner of technical needs including point of sale systems, digital marketing, custom programing, websites, and much more.

Grant has completed several technological programs and certifications including a Nanodegree in full stack web development. He also currently serves his community as an elder at Paradise Calvary Chapel.

Rick Casmass

Rick Casmass brings over 25 years of experience and leadership both as an entrepreneur and C-Level executive. Growth has been his focus in serving in roles of CEO, CRO, EVP-Sales, Managing Partner and Business Consultant from Start Ups to Fortune 1000 firms. He specializes in all areas of Human Capital Management.

Rick is a native New Yorker who migrated to Southern Nevada in January 2020. This now adds to his battle fortitude, navigating business through a Pandemic, to his leading multiple companies through the aftermath of 9/11 in NY City.

Rick has made immediate inroads to the Las Vegas marketplace. His passion focuses on serving business owners’ HCM Strategies. Rick is a specialist in Employee Benefits with the firm Assured Partners-Nevada and has proudly joined the team of Business Advisors at Peak Performance Partners. Rick also enjoys serving as an Ambassador to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.

His personal passion is serving in his local church and men’s ministry. He enjoys Golf, Racquetball, Cycling, Gourmet Cooking, family time with his wife, 4 children and 2 grandchildren and the quest to find anything close to authentic New York Pizza!

Rex has an extensive career helping improve the success of private companies by driving profitable growth and building company value. A Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate, his diverse, entrepreneurial experience as Owner, CEO, COO, CFO and Consultant spans multiple industries and cultures, including startups, fast growth, turnarounds, regional expansion, and international operations.
As CFO for a diversified health services company, Rex built the financial infrastructure and was instrumental in their ten-fold growth to $70M revenue and 800 employees, culminating in a strategic merger and following $500M sale to Fortune 500 company Quest Diagnostics.
As CEO, he steered a full-service destination management and event production company through the pandemic and led the turnaround and exit strategy for a multi-state building products distributor.
Recruited as COO for a 60-attorney business law firm, he implemented major operational changes to improve efficiency and introduced a strategic planning process culminating in the merger with international firm Greenberg Traurig.
As Managing Director, he started an outsourced accounting firm that he grew to $1.5M revenue and 12 employees in less than three years.
Rex also started, built and sold several of his own small businesses.
With a deep understanding of how a business generates profit and drives cash flow, Rex works closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize financial performance, and build prosperity.
